The Plumbing Source

Dan is my usual technician that services my home. When he comes it is like seeing an old friend. He installed my boiler, hot water tank, water softener and gas line to my generator over the past 15 years. He knows me and everything about the installations so I feel very comfortable that he will be able to solve any issues that may arise and do an inspection while he's there to prevent any other issues in the future. Their technicians are clean, friendly, knowledgeable and professional. When I call for service, they have someone there within a very reasonable time frame.

Showed up the day after I called. Contacted me in the morning, said they could come early if that was OK? 2 man crew in 2 trucks. Extremely professional and courteous. Wore company branded work clothes, and put boot covers on before entering the home. They listened to my description of the issue and then did some testing before they started work. Once they had a diagnosis they showed me, on a tablet the service(s) recommended with the price(s) listed. My drains and toilet were free and clear within a couple of hours. Could not be more pleased with the service provided and the cost. Yes it cost a fair amount, but the key word is fair. Value received was commensurate with billed amount. Will call the Plumbing Source whenever I need a plumber in the future

I hadn't had many problems with plumbers until recently. I did so, so I called Plumbing Source, which sent a technician and his assistant. They dedicated half a day to my problem. In the end, they temporarily fixed the problem and recommended a reasonable price for a longer-term solution. Great work Plumbing Source.

I was having a problem with my basement drain. I had a contractor (2) to look at my drain. To my avail I contacted The Plumbing Source . I was rather happy that I got a technician the next day. The technician Magic and Louie was very professional and polite. The questions we had , they answered. We had class one on one 😀 in snaking🐍 drains. Even though the work hasn’t been completed, the experience with them, I felt very confident that the issue will b solved soon.

When Brandon and Kyle arrived We discussed my options ! I decided to replace the toilet! The two guys were very helpful with my decision! They were very respectful and did a great job completing the project! I am 💯% satisfied and would recommend The Plumbing Source to anyone needing Plumbing services !

I am so thankful to have discovered The Plumbing Source and Al. We were able to get a same-day service call for a mysterious smell. Al found a cost effective and immediate fix. Only wish I had called sooner! We were so impressed we had Al come back the next day for a sump pump replacement. Not only did he install it promptly, but he also took the time to explain other things in our home (like main water shutoff location). Very pleased!

I cannot say enough good things about my experiences with The Plumbing Source. From the friendly and helpful scheduler through the very friendly, professional, and efficient plumbers who worked on my issues, it was a pleasure working with them. They did their best to keep my costs down while letting me know all of my options, and even fixed a secondary issue caused by another company's miscommunication at no cost to me since it was a quick and simple fix. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending them to anyone.

Piotr and his partner were phenomenal. They diagnosed and replaced all parts in a timely fashion. The lady who helped schedule the service was awesome as were the people who called to let me know Piotr was on his way! They cleaned up after themselves and were professional. I would highly recommend
